Take 2 Eggs and whisk it. Add a tbsp of butter into a pan which is on medium heat. Throw a handful of Spinach into a pan. Once the Spinach is cooked a bit and reduces in size, add the eggs. Season with Salt, Pepper. Throw in 2 slices bread of your choice. Flip it once the eggs are cooked and come off the pan easily. Add 2 Slices of Swiss Cheese. Fold in in half and let it cook till the Cheese Melts and the bread gets a nice crust. Serve it!
